A member of National Youth Service Corps NYSC who was deployed to a school in Port Harcourt for her service year, has come to the open to narrate how she was rejected, because she refused to sleep with the proprietor of the school.

The alleged school’s proprietor had promised her an accommodation and leisure in her service year, but refused to sign her acceptance letter after she declined his offer of sleeping with him.

Instagram user @di.zire who shared the story, also revealed that the man threatened to tell NYSC authorities that the corps member rejected the Primary Place of Assignment (PPA) herself.

She wrote;

I was minding my business today as usual, then i hear my friend going on and off with this babe on the phone. He was trying to calm her down. After over thirty minutes on the phone, he explains that she went to her PPA which is a school in portharcort today and the man she met there said for him to accept her letter she would have to sleep with him and they would be doing so as she serves in the school, promising her accommodation and that she wouldn’t have to come to work everyday.

I called her back, asked if she was okay, still in tears she said no, and explained the same thing my friend had explained. He threatened her saying that he would say she rejected the PPA herself…. My dear thought that would be an issue and was pleading but still refusing the offer and he refused to accept the letter, sticking to his condition. I told her to just go straight the secretariat and make a complaint and that she should be happy about the rejection letter. It doesnt matter who makes the rejection.

At least she’s out of that ridiculous school. She wants to be taken out of that local government because she says its a small town, the schools are close and they have links with eachother. But then yet again, who knows what perverted soul she would meet at the secretariat and disregard her complaints? What about the female students in that school, are their parents aware of this perverted fool they placed their children under. Who knows how many students are being sexually harassed.

The University of Ilorin has said it has yet to trace the academic record of Biodun Fatoyinbo , the embattled Senior Pastor of the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly.

Our correspondent learnt that the UNILORIN could not find the cleric ’s name on its graduates ’ list .

The Director of Corporate Affairs of the University of Ilorin, Mr Kunle Akogun , said they had checked their academic record unit in the registry and could not find the name of the pastor , who has been accused of sex abuse by Busola Dakolo .

He said , “I have not got any feedback yet from our Academic Records Office . We have been checking , but we have not got anything on him , probably if we know the year he was in the university or the year he graduated or his course of study , that would make it easy for us to trace his record .”

When our correspondent visited the university on Thursday, the record of Fatoyinbo had yet to be traced at the academic record unit of the registry .

However , it is believed Fatoyinbo attended UNILORIN but did not take his final examination papers for some reasons .

However , a source claimed he moved to Osun State Polytechnic, Iree , where he obtained a Higher National Diploma certificate . Unconfirmed reports claimed he attended University of Benin , Edo State after leaving University of Ilorin without completing his studies.

Meanwhile , members of Ilorin branch of COZA seem not bothered by the rape allegation levelled against Fatoyinbo by Dakolo .

Members , who attended Wednesday ’s service at the church opposite Mount Olives Anglican Church and Princess Luxury Suit on Pipeline Road , GRA , Ilorin, looked totally unruffled by the rape allegation .

Efforts to speak with Pastor Olusegun Soetan , who is in charge of the church , was not successful as the ushers insisted that he could not be seen until next week .

But one of the ushers , who identified himself as Japhet Akinola , said the church which started some years ago and holding services on temporary places including Kwara Hotels and the Stella Obasanjo Multi -purpose Hall , moved to its permanent site a few years ago .

Akinola said , “The allegation made by that lady against the Senior Pastor has no substance .”

Tunisia has banned the niqab veil in ‘public institutions’. Under the new rules, people wearing the Muslim face covering will not be allowed to enter government buildings.

Tunisian Prime minister Youssef Chahed has brought in the new measure ‘for security reasons’, his office said.

Chahed signed a circular on Friday ‘banning access to public administrations and institutions to anyone with their face covered’, a spokesman said.

The ‘security reasons’ were not explained, but Tunisia has been rocked by a series of explosions in recent days.

On Tuesday a wanted militant blew himself up in the capital Tunis after being surrounded by police.

Aymen Smiri was the suspected mastermind behind two bombings in the city on June 27, which killed a police officer and injured eight people.

The attacks prompted Britain to update its travel advice for tourists and warn of a ‘higher risk’ of attacks in Tunisia.

Tunisia’s interior minister instructed police in February 2014 to step up supervision of the wearing of the niqab as part of anti-terrorism measures, to prevent its use as disguise or to escape justice.
